Camp James is in its earliest stage—a single cabin scheduled for completion in 2026. But the long-term vision is bold: a boutique, resort-style outdoor destination that celebrates nature, accessibility, and hospitality in equal measure. Plans include additional cabins, outdoor recreation, a spa lounge, a recording studio, a barn for gatherings and events, communal and independent dining options, hunting and fishing opportunities, and guided outdoor experiences designed for guests of all physical abilities.

Their mission was beautifully clear:

“Camp James exists to provide an inclusive and enriching outdoor retreat experience for people of all abilities… breaking down barriers to relaxing in and enjoying nature.”

Longitude developed a complete brand identity system for Camp James, including the primary logo, visual identity, illustrations, iconography, color palettes, and typography. We built a scalable design framework that reflects the resort’s mission of accessibility and inclusivity while capturing the spirit of the outdoors across all seasons.

In hospitality, the experience is the brand. And Camp James is shaping an experience rooted in belonging, generosity, and the restorative power of the outdoors.

We were honored to play a role in that story.
