Our Team

Dustin Myers founded Longitude° in 2010 and pioneered the agency’s signature brand strategy framework, BrandGPS®, which guides clients through a structured approach to brand development. With a passion for solving complex brand challenges, he is always seeking innovative ways to add value to clients and their businesses. His strategic insight and deep understanding of hospitality branding have helped shape successful identities for boutique hotels, resorts, and hospitality brands worldwide.

Jeremy is a Partner and Brand Strategist at Longitude°, specializing in hospitality branding and guest experience design. He is the author of Future Hospitality and INDIE HOTEL, both of which explore industry trends and brand strategy for boutique and lifestyle hotels. His work has been recognized in academia, including Cornell University’s Vision & Concepting graduate course. A thought leader in the hospitality space, Jeremy has served on the Boutique & Lifestyle Leaders Association (BLLA) Education Committee and has spoken at industry events such as AAHOA, Global Hospitality Summit, and Hospitality Talks.

With over 10 years of experience, including five at Longitude, Isaac is a rare talent in both design and development. From branding to 3D modeling, he crafts stunning hospitality experiences and builds custom, creative websites.

With 15 years of management experience alongside an MBA, Scott excels in problem-solving, client communication, and efficiency. He ensures projects stay on track by balancing quality, speed, and strategic solutions. He’s been with Longitude for two years.

An award-winning travel marketing consultant, Molls has 15 years of experience in tourism and hospitality. Specializing in PR, marketing, and social strategy, she has worked alongside Longitude for three years on various projects.

With 15 years of design experience and one year at Longitude, Ethan specializes in text-forward branding, font customization, and brand application across products and collateral. His past work includes breweries, products, and non-profits.

With 12 years of design experience, including three at Longitude, Melody specializes in branding, storytelling, and creative direction. She has worked on hospitality projects like Lodge at Marconi and Great Wolf Lodge, bringing expertise in print design and team management to every project.

Sakira has been with Longitude for two years, bringing speed and precision to hospitality branding. She specializes in content layout, collateral production, and brand guidelines, helping streamline workflows and execution.

An interdisciplinary artist and designer with a background in visual storytelling, collage, and experimental media. He brings a deep commitment to community, collaboration, and challenging creative norms—constantly pushing the boundaries between design, art, and cultural commentary.
