The Ozarker Lodge

The Ozarker Lodge is a 102-room hotel developed by partners at Longitude° (through our sister company, Flyover Developments). Having worked on hospitality concepts worldwide, we wanted to create something special in our own backyard. This allowed us to practice what we preach and bring unbridled creative energy into the project. Through our partnership with Eagle Point Hotel Partners, we were able to acquire, renovate, and reposition the property and introduce a new product in the Summer of 2023.

The Longitude° team had complete creative freedom to create a brand that celebrates the best of the Ozarks and welcomes travelers to a new kind of hospitality experience in the Branson market. The Ozarker Lodge received notable mentions such as Travel + Leisure, Condé Nast Traveler, and Forbes Travel. The Lodge was also awarded the title of “Best Independent Hotel” in 2023 by the Independent Lodging Congress.
