Lone Fork

The Hilton in North Dallas underwent a major remodel project and with that took the opportunity to redesign and rebrand the hotel restaurant. Longitude° was brought in at the beginning stages to help develop the concept, the brand essence, the name, and identity for this new restaurant. Working with the culinary team and hotel leadership, Lone Fork was born. We chose the positioning of “Texas Craft” with the goal of presenting the best parts of Texas without the predictable cliches.
