Glass + Griddle

We were brought in to help define the brand for a new restaurant next to Milwaukee Brewing Company’s brand new brewing. This redevelopment project is located in the Pabst district known for beer for decades. Glass + Griddle offers one of the best views of the new Bucks stadium as well as touting the longest bar in Milwaukee. This multi-use building also houses a brewery, event space (Venue42), office space, and plans to open a rooftop bar.

Working with the team, we developed the positioning, brand promise, and values. The name “Glass+Griddle” came out of the strategy workshop and since the launch last fall the restaurant has been gaining in notoriety.

This is the perfect place to watch a game, meet with a client, or just hang out.
