Colony House Motor Lodge is a historic landmark in Roanoke Virginia along U.S. Route 220. After being purchased, the ownership is now breathing new life to create a modern take on a retro classic.

Longitude° was tasked with developing the strategy and design for the relaunched product. Relying heavily on the original wordmark, we incorporated pieces of Roanoke history along with the timeless style for the whole experience. Through thoughtful touches, the identity for Colony House will connect with the modern traveler and cultivate lifelong memories.
