Boyd Lofts

Boyd Lofts is an adaptive reuse project in Springfield, Missouri led by Matt Blevins and Arkifex Studios. For 110 years, students filled these halls and it has been a landmark in the Midtown neighborhood ever since.

The brand identity was strongly influenced by the school’s history, its neighborhood’s charm, and its architectural character. Our team included playful nods to the school spirit and original mascot.
